Refund and Return Policy

At Anika Enterprises, we primarily deal in professional audio equipment where product condition, performance, and authenticity are essential. To maintain fairness for all customers and ensure that products remain tamper-free, our return policy applies only to specific, verifiable cases.


1. Eligibility for Returns

A return request will be accepted only under the conditions below:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

  • The return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials intact.

  • Customers provide clear photos and a complete unboxing video to support the claim.

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers.

  • Cases of change of mind, dissatisfaction with product design or sound signature, or preference for another model.

  • Items showing signs of installation, usage, wear, tampering, damage, or missing components.

  • Products returned without the required visual proof (photos + unboxing video).


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at aanikaenterprises2022@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide your Order ID, photos, and the unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review the request and confirm whether it meets the return criteria.

  4. If approved, we will arrange the pickup or share instructions for returning the product safely.

All return approvals are subject to verification.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refund timelines typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • For COD orders, customers must share valid bank account details for the refund transfer.

Refunds may be denied if the returned product fails inspection or does not meet the above return conditions.


4. Replacements & Exchanges

  • Replacements are offered only if an identical product is in stock.

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

  • We do not provide exchanges for voluntary returns or for items purchased during promotional offers.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Anika Enterprises will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other cases, return shipping charges will not be covered.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

  • Post-dispatch issues can only be addressed as per the conditions listed in this policy.
