Refund and Return Policy

At Anika Enterprises, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by supplying genuine professional audio equipment. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

  • The product is returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included components.

To help verify claims and prevent misuse, customers may be requested to provide photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Product preference, sound signature preference, or subjective dissatisfaction

  • Products showing signs of use, installation, or physical damage caused after delivery

  • Products missing original packaging or accessories

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.


2. Return Request Process

To request a return, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if eligible.


3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide bank details for refund processing.


4. Replacements

If a replacement unit is available, we will offer a replacement for defective or damaged products.

If replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective product

  • Incorrect product shipped

Anika Enterprises will arrange return pickup or cover return shipping costs.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting support.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Customers may request return only if eligible under this policy.
