Refund and Return Policy

At Anika Enterprises, we are committed to delivering genuine professional audio equipment and ensuring a fair and transparent post-purchase experience. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, replacements, and refunds.


Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered to the customer.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • The product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included components

  • The return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

To verify claims, customers may be required to provide photos or an unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Product preference, sound signature preference, or subjective dissatisfaction

  • Products showing signs of use, installation, or damage after delivery

  • Products missing original packaging or accessories

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in India.

To request a return, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Order ID

Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if eligible.


Refund Process

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide bank details for refund processing.


Replacements

If a replacement unit is available, we will offer a replacement for defective or damaged products.

If replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


Return Shipping

For eligible returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect products), Anika Enterprises will arrange reverse pickup or cover return shipping costs.

Customers are not required to pay return shipping charges for valid return cases.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting support.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Customers may request a return only if eligible under this policy.
