Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders are processed from our registered business location in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Non-metro cities: 5–7 business days
Remote locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner operations, customer location, and external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Partners

We ship orders using trusted logistics providers such as Shiprocket and its courier partners, including Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and others.

Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email to monitor shipment progress.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Any applicable shipping fees will be visible before completing the purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders across India. A nominal ₹100 COD handling fee applies to orders placed using the Cash on Delivery payment method. This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.


Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across India. At this time, international shipping is not available.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Anika Enterprises is not responsible for delivery delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via email once the order has been shipped. Customers can use the tracking number provided to monitor delivery status.
